Annual Bake-Off Competition at SGM-FX: Bake it till you make it!

Today, our SGM-FX team celebrated the beginning of 2025 with our annual Bake-Off Competition.
The team truly elevated the competition with an impressive array of flavours and vibrant cake presentations. After much deliberation, we crowned a winner (drum roll) … Charles! with his exquisite cheesecake with a delicate raspberry garnish. Frederick secured second place with his orange chocolate brownie masterpiece. Third place resulted in a tie among three key players: Ed’s strawberry cake featuring a delightful cream filling, Kornelia’s beautifully made apple cake, she is our newest team member and Matt’s impressive chocolate cake, which showcased a stunning raspberry and white chocolate presentation.
With such a successful and delicious bake-off, we commend everyone’s efforts in creating these wonderful cakes. We eagerly anticipate next year’s competition!
