As Christmas is fast approaching and we head towards the end of another busy year, I find myself asking not for the first time, where has the year gone? Like most people I like to reflect on my achievements throughout the year, think about both the high and the low points, and plan for the upcoming year ahead.
In my household this year, we are celebrating Christmas for the first time as a family of four. Welcoming my second daughter into the world just before the festive season has once again added a very special but potentially chaotic dynamic to this year’s celebrations, especially when combined with a very cheeky 3-year-old. We are constantly having to rearrange the ornaments on the tree, we have tears every time the famous man in red makes an appearance and my wallet will be much lighter by the end of the month. But amongst the chaos, gifts, food, and most importantly beer, Christmas for me is about spending quality time with loved ones and making memories that we can look back on and laugh about in future years to come.
I would like to wish all our clients and my colleagues a very happy Christmas and prosperous new year ahead!

The trip was all about simple pleasures. Catching up with friends in such a beautiful […]
